Effective Date: April 2026
By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work or hire across international borders. Employers must register with a valid company name. Workers must provide accurate personal and professional information.
All documents uploaded (passports, Interpol/Police Clearance, medical reports) must be genuine and current. Falsified documents will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
GulfBridge serves as a technology platform facilitating connections between employers and workers across Africa and the Gulf region. While we take reasonable steps to support the document collection and profile verification process, GulfBridge does not independently verify the authenticity, accuracy, or legitimacy of documents, credentials, or information submitted by any party on this platform.
Workers are responsible for ensuring that all documents and information they submit are accurate, authentic, and up to date. Employers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when reviewing worker profiles, documents, and credentials prior to making any hiring decision.
GulfBridge accepts no liability for any losses, disputes, damages, or consequences arising from reliance on documents or information submitted through the platform that are later found to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading. By using GulfBridge, all parties acknowledge and accept this limitation.
Workers may accept only one offer at a time. Accepting an offer cancels any pending interviews and rejects other pending offers automatically. If an offer is cancelled or rejected, workers are then eligible to receive future offers.
Phone numbers, emails, and personal contact information should not be shared between workers and employers. All communication should occur through the platform.
GulfBridge reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms, posts fraudulent information, or engages in abusive behavior.
GulfBridge is a hiring platform facilitator. We are not a visa authority, employer of record, or immigration agency. Visa approval decisions rest with relevant government authorities.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
